When you’re starting a story, it’s handy to have a few notes to help keep your characters consistent. When creating characters you need to look for the story behind the story. I’ve been thinking a lot about narrative voices lately, prompted in part by a book where the characters were strong but their voices all sounded a little same-ish to me. |
